WINE CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
- All members must be 19 years of age or older.
- All prices are subjected to all applicable federal and provincial taxes.
- Reservations are required for Specialty Wine Club Tastings and Winemaker’s Tastings.
- 10% discount does not apply to any items already discounted.
- Membership requires one year commitment of two shipments with automatic renewal.
- Membership may be cancelled without fee after the minimum of two shipments by emailing threesisters@earlco.com. Notification prior to next shipment cut-off date is required.
- Membership requires you to subscribe to and receive Wine Club notifications by email.
- Shipments are curated and cannot be customized at this time – the best way to customize your shipment is to add more of your favourites and receive free shipping!
Wine Club Shipments
- Shipments are sent out twice a year, once in April and once in October.
- You will be notified by email prior to each shipment with 14 days to review the selection and shipping costs. You will be able to add more wine to your order to receive free shipping if you wish! No reply to the email will be perceived as accepting the shipment and charges as listed by Three Sisters Winery.
- Each shipment will be automatically charged to your credit card after the cut-off date specified in the email and prior to shipping.
- Shipping is an additional cost at a flat rate of $25. Add wine prior to the cut-off date to receive free shipping on 12 bottles or more!
- Pick up is always free!
- If you are unable to receive your shipment within the delivery window and wish to reschedule, please request alternate shipping or pick up arrangements by emailing threesisters@earlco.com prior to the shipment cut-off date.
Shipping
- Shipping is only available within Canada at this time.
- We ship with Canada Post. A tracking number will be sent by email to track your package online. A 19+ signature is required for all alcohol deliveries. Please allow 10-14 business days for shipment.
- You will be responsible for notifying us of any relevant address changes prior to the shipment cut-off date.
- If shipment is undeliverable without prior notification, you will be responsible for redirection fee of $25.
