Shipping Rates

• Flat rate shipping: $45 per order
• Reduced shipping of $15 on orders of 12 bottles or more

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. Please note that wine shipping in Canada is subject to provincial regulations, and availability may vary depending on destination.

Delivery Details

• Orders are shipped via ground courier.
• An adult signature (19+) is required upon delivery.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
• Delivery timelines vary by region but typically range from 3–10 business days.

Weather & Seasonal Shipping

To protect the quality of our wines, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions (hot or cold). You will be notified if this impacts your order.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted and no adult is available to sign:

• The courier may reattempt delivery or hold the package at a local depot.
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Like most wineries, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Winery Pickup (Optional – include if you offer it)

Local pickup may be available at the winery. You will be notified when your order is ready, and valid ID is required at pickup.
