Can I pause my shipments?
Absolutely! If you need to skip a shipment, you can pause your membership anytime before the club cut-off date. Just reach out to us or log into your account to make the change.
Can I customize my shipment
At this time, Wine Club shipments are not customizable. Each release is carefully curated by our team to showcase the best of Three Sisters—seasonal selections, standout vintages, and a few surprises along the way. It’s part of the experience, and we promise it’s a good one.
When is the cut-ff date?
The club cut-off date is the deadline to make any changes to your upcoming shipment, including pausing, customizing, or cancelling. Cut-off dates are announced prior to each release by email. We recommend making any changes as soon as possible to ensure they’re processed in time.
